Role Title: Fencing Worker / Crew Member Role Type: Full time, Permanent Location: Meath
Harper Finley have partnered with a fencing company in Leinster, to hire a Fencing Worker on a full-time, permanent basis. This role joins a team of two and will work alongside a lead fence installer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working on sites, who's confident using power tools and enjoys working outdoors. This role will allow you to develop your skillset and build a career in fencing.
What will you be doing?
Assist the lead installer in all aspects of fence installation, including digging, setting posts, attaching panels, and applying finishing touches.
Utilize various hand tools proficiently to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Lay flags and curbs as required during the installation process.
Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Adhere to project schedules and deadlines to meet client expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project success
What do you need?
Previous experience working with hand tools in a construction environment.
Proficiency in laying flags and curbs.
Safe Pass
Full driving licence
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
