Farm Administrator

Harper Finley is recruiting a Farm Administrator on behalf of a well-established agricultural business in Frome. This is a full-time, permanent role based primarily in the farm office, with one day per week at the Collection Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate calf transport and APHA licensing for TB movements.
  • Update BCMS and internal systems with cattle movements.
  • Manage BCMS administration, including movements, death registrations and passports.
  • Submit and manage APHA licence applications.
  • Maintain accurate stock, medicine, vaccination and movement records.
  • Prepare paperwork for veterinary visits and routine herd health procedures.
  • Support compliance with animal welfare and regulatory requirements.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in farm administration.
  • Experience using BCMS and APHA licensing systems.
  • Good understanding of cattle passports and TB movement procedures.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
