Farm Administrator Location: Frome Salary: Up to £36,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Harper Finley is recruiting a Farm Administrator on behalf of a well-established agricultural business in Frome. This is a full-time, permanent role based primarily in the farm office, with one day per week at the Collection Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate calf transport and APHA licensing for TB movements.
Update BCMS and internal systems with cattle movements.
Manage BCMS administration, including movements, death registrations and passports.
Submit and manage APHA licence applications.
Maintain accurate stock, medicine, vaccination and movement records.
Prepare paperwork for veterinary visits and routine herd health procedures.
Support compliance with animal welfare and regulatory requirements.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in farm administration.
Experience using BCMS and APHA licensing systems.
Good understanding of cattle passports and TB movement procedures.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
