A well-established and growing company in the construction supply industry is looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their busy team in Naas.
This is a varied role suited to someone with strong administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration
  • Organising work schedules and jobs
  • Chasing outstanding payments
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting the wider office team
  • Using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
