Key Responsibilities
General office administration
Organising work schedules and jobs
Chasing outstanding payments
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting the wider office team
Using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Requirements
Previous administration experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
