The Role: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily coordination and supervision of warehouse activities within the distribution centre. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of inventory and the timely fulfilment of orders, while also leading and developing a high-performing team. Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate warehouse operatives to meet targets
Manage daily workflows across all warehouse functions
Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness compliance
Track KPIs and address performance issues
Deliver training and support team development
Maintain inventory accuracy and lead stock checks
Liaise with transport, management, and customer service
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service
The Person:
3+ years’ experience in a warehouse/logistics supervisory role
Strong hands-on leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and H&S standards
KPI-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communicator with excellent organisational skills
