The Role As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and supporting our consultants in delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and promoting our recruitment services across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively research and identify potential clients within target sectors
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads and appointments
Qualify leads and understand client hiring needs
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the recruitment consultants and business development managers
Maintain and update CRM (Hubspot) records with accurate information
Work closely with the wider team to align sales efforts with recruitment strategies
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and revenue contribution
Represent the company in a professional, knowledgeable, and consultative manner
About You
2+ year of experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role (ideally within recruitment or B2B services)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems and LinkedIn
Strong admin skills and attention to detail.
