Duties & Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of our digital products, systems, and processes.
Proactively source and close new business while nurturing existing accounts through calls, emails, events, and social media outreach.
Build genuine, trust-based relationships with independent car dealers — no scripts, just real conversations.
Manage a client portfolio and increase average revenue per dealer.
Understand each dealer’s unique business challenges and goals.
Recommend tailored digital marketing solutions using data and market insights.
Confidently explain capabilities and limitations of products.
Prioritise activities that drive sales and deliver great customer experiences.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to deliver results.
Products you’ll sell include:
Advertising subscriptions on leading platforms
Upgrades and upsells to enhance online listings
Bespoke dealer websites
Social media advertising campaigns driving traffic to sites
Google Ads and other paid search campaigns
Experience & Skills Required:
1–2 years’ experience in sales (essential)
At least 1 year working in the Irish market (essential)
Experience with digital marketing products such as Google Ads, social media PPC, and online advertising solutions
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and hold engaging, unscripted conversations
Commercial mindset with a hunter-style approach to sales
Comfortable working to KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in using CRM, data analysis tools, and outbound calling software
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and internal systems
