Our client, who works with global brands and innovative technologies, are looking for a Marketing Executive to help shape and grow their marketing function. This is a hybrid working model with three days a week based in Waterford. Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain customer-facing materials, ensuring alignment with brand and co-branding guidelines
Collaborate with sales to develop tools that enhance the customer journey and reduce friction
Manage relationships with key partners and plan joint marketing activities, including campaigns, press releases, and product launches
Lead the company’s presence at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions, handling all related logistics
Coordinate events, content pieces, thought leadership initiatives, and PR communications
Maintain the marketing calendar, manage budgets, and align activities with overall business strategy
Requirements:
B2B marketing experience
Clear understanding of how to balance brand-building with sales support
Must be comfortable managing projects across events, design, and content
You will need to be confident working with multiple stakeholders including sales, suppliers, and agency partners
Must be organised, independent, and bring energy to planning and execution
Marketing qualification (level 8 or 9 / equivalent)
3–5 years’ experience in marketing
