Title: Inside Sales Rep Role Type: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid Location: Citywest, Dublin 24
At the Dangan Group, we are looking for an experienced Inside Salesperson to join our growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and promoting our recruitment services across key markets. Specifically, the 3 divisions within the Dangan Group - Dangan Recruitment, Harper Finley Recruitment and Techforce Talent.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Researching and targeting potential clients in key sectors to uncover new business opportunities.
Driving outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark conversations and secure appointments.
Qualifying leads by understanding client hiring needs and spotting opportunities to add value.
Booking and coordinating meetings for our recruitment consultants and business development managers.
Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) up to date with accurate, actionable information.
Working hand-in-hand with the wider team to ensure sales efforts align with recruitment strategies.
Smashing monthly KPIs across call activity, meetings booked, and revenue contribution.
Representing our brand with professionalism, industry knowledge, and a consultative approach.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
2+ years of experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role
Experience and confidence with ‘Cold Calling’
Experience working in sales in the Irish Market is essential
Tech-savvy with an interest in using digital tools, confidence using CRM systems
Excellent spoken and written level of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
